This is the FINE PRINT. Read it carefully! This page will be devoted to small piano action repair parts. Unlike every other supplier on the Internet, we are only offering individual parts, NOT complete sets. For example, if you only need a couple of dampers, or a bridal strap, or a butt spring, you can buy it here! But, we WILL NOT be selling sets of dampers, or sets of bridal straps, etc. In other words, if you only need a few parts to make minor repairs to your piano action, you'll be able to buy them here. Without exception, the MINIMUM cost for ANY single part will be $1.50, and the minimum shipping charge will be $9.95. ALSO, we have no intention of offering new or used hammer heads. That's all of the bad news!

Now, here's the good news!!! As long as you are ordering at least $15.00 worth of merchandise or reference materials elsewhere at Player-Care, we'll just put the piano action repair parts in with the rest of your order (as long as they will fit in the same envelope or box that's being used to ship those other items). That way, the cost of shipping the piano action repair parts will basically be FREE.

Below is a picture of a regular upright piano action. When ordering parts, use the names listed in the legend. However, be aware of the fact that not all actions are like the one in this graphic. As time and resources permit, we will be listing other less common action parts. But, since I have been in the piano and player piano repair business since 1972, I might just have that odd part. So don't hesitate to ask. Also, one thing that really helps is if you can send me a picture of the part you need, along with a clear reference -like a ruler. The point is, the more information you give me, the more likely I'll be able to help you.
