Some people might say, "Why would you sell an original Aeolian block valve when the new ones you sell are better?" That's a fair question, but it has a simple answer. They're 1/3rd the price of the new ones! These are new block valves. They have never been used. And, like the new block valves that I also sell, each original block is personally tested by John Tuttle before it gets packed and shipped. However, even though I would expect them to work for at least ten years or longer, I only offer a one year guarantee.
Unfortunately, as you can see in the picture above, there are only two types of blocks available. They are the ones in the middle and on the left. The one on the right has been 'modified'. The original aluminum elbow was removed and a straight brass nipple was put in its place. This was done with a box cutter, to remove the glue, and a small pair of vise-grips, to extract the elbow. FYI, the elbows are so well glued in that attempting to twist them to a different angle is impossible without damaging the elbow. So, if you want a block with a right-facing nipple, just let me know when you place your order, and I will supply the brass nipple at no charge. (It took me less than 2 minutes to remove the elbow and install the nipple.)
Lastly, the cost of each block is $6.00, but there is a Minimum Purchase Requirement of THREE blocks.
Type the number and type/name of blocks you desired in the Comments Box of the order form. |

Since "Player-Care" is an internet business, I prefer that we correspond via E-Mail (click here to fill out the 'Request Form'). However, if I'm not in the middle of some other activity, you can reach me at 732-840-8787. But please understand that during the hours from 8AM-5PM EST (Mon-Sat), I'm generally quite busy. So, I probably won't answer the phone. If you get the answering machine, please leave a detailed message stating the reason for your call. Also, repeat your name and phone number clearly and distinctly. By necessity, I prioritize everything in my life. And, if you call and just leave your name and number, and ask me to call you back, it might be a day or two before I return your call. Why? Because I don't know why you want me to call and I might not be prepared to assist you in an effective and efficient manner. If you leave me an E-Mail address (which I prefer), spell it out phonetically. The more you do to help me, the more I can help you in return. Don't rush. You have four minutes to record your message. |
